In addition to having your people in your pocket, we also meet virtually once a month for Sunday morning coffee where we share our pinks (highs) and greys (lows) and chat about a specific topic that we choose as a group. Things like: most profound thing you’ve learned over the past month, current spiritual practices, best book recommendations, why the world is a dumpster fire…you know, the things you talk about with friends.

Nope! As long as you stay in the club, your price will never increase. If you choose to leave and come back at a later date, you will be charged the current price.

You can absolutely cancel your membership and leave anytime you want - this isn’t a hostage situation! Just shoot me a message and I will send you a link to deactivate your membership. No refunds will be issued for any previous charges.

In our clubhouse we have rooms for HSP things, sober + sober curious, parenting, reads and recommendations, spirituality, creativity, celebrating wins and a space for vent sessions (so important). The biggest focus is on community because this healing thing can be hard, and we shouldn't have to do it alone.

In the fall of 2022, I really wanted to really take back my nights from doom scrolling. I decided I was going to start turning my phone OFF and leave it in the office at 8:30pm. I asked our IG community if anyone else wanted to join, and turns out you did! Not everyone in the club turns their phone off at 8:30, but the spirit remains - it’s a place for people interested in growth and development to meet like minded souls.

No - this is not the same as coaching. I’m in there with you, doing the work and sharing my exerpiences. While I may ask exploratory and prompting questions, I am not in there coaching. But trust me, you will receive lots of love and support from your fellow 8:30’ers!
